Recreation
The purpose of the recreation ministry is to complement and support the overall church mission through evangelism, discipleship, ministry, fellowship, and worship. Our goal is to provide opportunities for people to participate in meaningful, leisure activities in a Christian setting. The recreation ministry of Yates Baptist Church includes a wide variety of activities for children, youth, and adults. From softball & basketball teams to open gym, salsa dancing and scrapbooking, the recreation ministry is on its way to having it all.
