All people need to pray and need to be prayed for. As George Stewart wrote, "Prayer always creates a new situation." At Yates, we are about seeking, working for, and praying for new situations in our lives and world. We pray for personal health and global justice; we offer praise to eternal God and confess sins of a fallen humanity. We want to pray for you.
We have a team of committed deacon pray-ers who are ready to receive your requests and present them to God through prayers of supplication. It is our way to extend God's love, by asking God to do for you what we are unable to do in our own strength.
