Median Adults

The median adult classes offer a variety of teaching materials and styles for couples and singles.  Classes focus on helping adults understand what the Bible says, encouraging questions and discussion, and searching for the relevance of biblical principles in today’s society.  Each class has an active social calendar.  They also participate in ministry projects such as the Durham Rescue Mission and Interfaith Hospitality Network.

• Open Door   The Baptists Today Bible study curriculum is used in the Open Door Class.  This coed class welcomes all ages primarily 45-65 and meets in room 301 at 9:45 a.m. each Sunday. 
  

• Koinonia   This class uses Smyth and Helwys Uniform Series and meets Sunday in room 302 at 9:45 a.m.  Adults, ages 50-75, make up this class.  Fellowship events are an important part of the Koinonia Class.

• Encouragers   This class welcomes all adults ages 60-75.  It meets at 9:45 a.m.Sunday mornings in room 304.  Lifeway Explore the Bible curriculum is used.
